摘　　要：目的建立UPLC-MS/MS法同时测定复方益肝丸(茵陈、野菊花、牡丹皮等)中绿原酸、毛蕊花糖苷、柚皮苷、橙皮苷、桂皮醛、丹皮酚、甘草酸、大黄酸、柴胡皂苷A、五味子醇甲、柴胡皂苷D、大黄素的含量。方法该药物70%乙醇提取液的分析采用Phenomenex Kinetex C_(18)色谱柱(2.1 mm×50 mm,2.6μm);流动相乙腈-0.1%甲酸,梯度洗脱;体积流量0.35 mL/min;柱温35℃;电喷雾离子源(ESI);多反应监测(MRM)模式。结果12种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(r>0.9950),平均加样回收率96.9%~99.4%,RSD 1.7%~2.8%。结论该方法专属性强,快速灵敏,可用于复方益肝丸的质量控制。AIM To establish a UPLC-MS/MS method for the simultaneous content determination of chlorogenic acid,acteoside,naringin,hesperidin,cinnamaldehyde,paeonol,glycyrrhizic acid,rhein,saikosaponin A,schisandrin A,saikosaponin D and emodin in Compound Yigan Pills(Artemisiae scopariae Herba,Chrysanthemi indici Flos,Moutan Cortex,etc.).METHODS The analysis of 70%ethanol extract of this drug was performed on a 35℃thermostatic Phenomenex Kinetex C_(18) column(2.1 mm×50 mm,2.6μm),with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-0.1%formic acid flowing at 0.35 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and electrospray ionization(ESI)was adopted in a multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)mode.RESULTS Twelve constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r>0.9950),whose average recoveries were 96.9%-99.4%with the RSDs of 1.7%-2.8%.CONCLUSION This specific,rapid and sensitive method can be used for the quality control of Compound Yigan Pills.
