摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法同时测定木香顺气丸(厚朴、枳壳、陈皮等)中厚朴酚、和厚朴酚、新橙皮苷、橙皮苷、柚皮苷、甘草苷的含量。方法该药物N-N二甲基甲酰胺提取液的分析采用SVEA C_(18)Opal色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相0.1%磷酸-乙腈-甲醇,梯度洗脱;体积流量1.0 mL/min;柱温30℃;检测波长276 nm。结果6种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.9998),平均加样回收率99.1%~101.0%,RSD 1.4%~2.0%。结论该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于木香顺气丸的质量控制。AIM To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of liquiritin,naringin,hesperidin,neohesperidin,honokiol and magnolol in Muxiang Shunqi Pills(Magnoliae officinalis Cortex,Aurantii Fructus,Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium,etc.).METHODS The analysis of N,N-dimethyllformamide extract of this drug was performed on a 30℃thermostatic SVEA C_(18) Opal column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),with the mobile phase comprising of 0.1%phosphoric acid-acetonitrile-methanol flowing at 1.0 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelength was set at 276 nm.RESULTS Six constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r≥0.9998),whose average recoveries were 99.1%-101.0%with the RSDs of 1.4%-2.0%.CONCLUSION This simple,rapid and accurate method can be used for the quality control of Muxiang Shunqi Pills.
