摘 要:目的研究白毛藤Solanum lyratum Thunb.的化学成分及其抗肿瘤活性。方法白毛藤提取物采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。采用MTT法评价抗肿瘤活性。结果从中分离得到21个化合物。化合物2、4、7、15、19对肿瘤细胞具有不同程度的抑制活性,其中化合物7对MHCC97、SW620细胞,化合物19对COV434细胞的抑制作用优于顺铂。结论所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分得,化合物1、4、6、7、8、12、18、20为首次从茄属植物中发现,化合物2、4、7、15、19具有抗肿瘤活性。AIM To study the chemical constituents from Solanum lyratum Thunb.and their anti-tumor activities.METHODS The extract from S.lyratum was purified by silica and Sephadex LH-20 column,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.The anti-tumor activities were determined by MTT mothod.RESULTS Twenty-one compounds were obtained and identified.Compounds 2,4,7,15,19 demonstrated different inhibitory effects on tumor cells,among which compound 7 on MHCC97,SW620 cells and compound 19 on COV434 cells exhibited better inhibitory effects than cisplatin.CONCLUSION All the compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time,and compounds 1,4,6,7,8,12,18,20 are first found from genus Solanum.Compounds 2,4,7,15,19 show anti-tumor activities.
