摘　　要：目的研究毛大丁草Gerbera piloselloides(Linn.)Cass化学成分。方法毛大丁草70%乙醇提取物采用ODS、硅胶、Sephadex LH-20进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到14个化合物,分别鉴定为齐墩果酸(1)、2,7-二羟基呫吨酮(2)、丁香树脂醇-4″-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(3)、芹菜素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(4)、1-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-(2 S,3S,4R,8E)-2-[(2′R)-2′-羟基棕榈酰胺]-8-十八烯-1,3,4-三醇(5)、木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(6)、核黄素(7)、木犀草素-7-O-β-D-芦丁糖苷(8)、4-(4-O-β-glucopyranosyl-phenoxy)-1-O-β-glucopyranosyl-1,3-benzenediol(9)、熊果苷(10)、芹菜素-7-O-β-D-芦丁糖苷(11)、告达亭(12)、di(β-arb)(13)、fipsomin(14)。结论化合物1~3、5、8~9、12~14为首次从大丁草属植物中发现。AIM To study the chemical constituents from Gerbera piloselloides(Linn.)Cass.METHODS The 70%ethanol extract from G.piloselloides was isolated and purified by ODS,silica and Sephadex LH-20,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.RESULT Fourteen coumpounds were isolated and identified as oleanic acid(1),2,7-dihydroxyxanthone(2),syringaresinol-4″-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(3),apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(4),1-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(2 S,3S,4R,8E)-2-[(2′R)-2′-hydroxypalmitoylamino]-8-octadecene-1,3,4-triol(5),luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside(6),riboflavin(7),luteolin-7-O-β-D-lutinoside(8),4-(4-O-β-glucopyranosyl-phenoxy)-1-O-β-glucopyranosyl-1,3-benzenediol(9),arbutin(10),apigenin-7-O-β-D-lutinoside(11),caudatin(12),di(β-arb)(13),fipsomin(14).CONCLUSION Compounds 1-3、5、8-9、12-14 are isolated from genus Gerbera for the first time.
