摘  要:五氧化二钒(V_(2)O_(5))是一种具有优良理化性能的重要化工原料。V_(2)O_(5)纯度大于99.5%为高纯,是制备高纯金属钒及高纯钒化合物的基础原料。高纯V_(2)O_(5)在储能材料、锂电池、合金、催化剂、光学、医药和颜料领域有广泛应用。制备高纯V_(2)O_(5)原料有石油燃灰、废催化剂、石煤和钒渣等,制备方法有化学法、离子交换法、氯化法、萃取法或几种方法的结合等。高纯V_(2)O_(5)因其高附加值和优良性能,已成为未来化工原料研究的热点。Vanadium pentoxide(V_(2)O_(5))with the perfectly physical and chemical properties is an important industrial material.The vanadium pentoxide(V_(2)O_(5)),which purity higher than 99.5%is the high-purity grade,is the basis materials for the preparation of high purity metal vanadium and high purity vanadium compound.The high-purity vanadium pentoxide is applied in energy storage materials,lithium batteries,alloys,catalysts,optical fields,medicine and pigments.The raw materials used for preparation of high-purity V_(2)O_(5) contained petroleum ash,spent catalyst,stone coal and vanadium slag,etc.Chemical method,ion exchange method,chlorination method,extraction method or combination of several methods are used to prepare the high-purity V_(2)O_(5).The high purity V_(2)O_(5) has become a research hotspot,because of its high added value and perfectly properties.
