水洗工艺对PVB结构性能的影响研究

摘　　要：PVB树脂合成包括低温缩合、升温熟化、水洗、干燥等多个工序。其中,水洗工艺涉及水洗用量、水洗温度、水洗次数、pH及有机溶剂等参数。不同的水洗工艺参数对最终PVB树脂的分子结构和性能产生不同影响。研究了不同水洗工艺对PVB结构性能的影响。结果表明,水洗工艺中加入有机溶剂甲醇易导致PVB缩醛度、分子量、熔指降低。The synthesis of PVB resin includes multiple processes such as low-temperature condensation,temperature curing,washing,and drying.Among them,washing process have great influence on the molecular structure and properties of the final PVB resin.Actually,the washing process can be effected by the component of washing solvent,washing temperature,washing times,pH.In this paper,the effects of different water washing processes on the structural properties of PVB were investigated.The results show that the addition of organic solvent methanol in the water washing process can easily lead to the decrease of the acetal degree,molecular weight and melt index of PVB.
