摘  要:采用新型复配萃取剂(TY-01)结合离心萃取法处理氧氯化锆溶液中的铁,分别从萃取剂的饱和容量、萃取相比、温度、混合时间、萃取级数、离心萃取运行通量及稳定性几方面进行研究。结果表明,在萃取相比O/A(V/V)=1/3,混合时间为5 min,反应温度为30℃的条件下进行三级离心萃取,并连续运行168 h,铁的去除率均可达99.9%以上。TY-01型复配萃取剂的萃取性能稳定,萃取后的氧氯化锆溶液中铁含量能控制在2 mg/L以下,完全满足后续萃取余液中氧氯化锆的处理工序要求。A new compound extractant(TY-01)and centrifugal extraction method were used to treat iron in zirconium oxychloride solution.The saturation capacity of extractant,extraction ratio,temperature,mixing time,extraction stage,centrifugal extraction flux and stability were studied respectively.The results showed that under the conditions of O/A=1/3,mixing time 5 min and reaction temperature 30℃,the iron removal rate could reach more than 99.9%after continuous operation for 168 h.The extraction performance of TY-01 complex extractant is relatively stable.The iron content in the extracted zirconium oxychloride solution can be controlled below 2 mg/L,which fully satisfies the subsequent zirconium oxychloride treatment process in the raffinate to produce highly pure zirconium oxychloride products.
