摘  要:目前,智慧城市建设正如火如荼地开展。城市控制网测量是一项复杂繁重的工作,尤其是水准高程测量,需投入大量人力、物力及时间,虽精度较高,但工作量大、效率较低。本文选取河南省典型地区进行研究,利用搜集到的许昌建成区23个GPS水准点数据及卢氏县75个水准点数据对EGM2008全球重力场模型进行外部精度检核,并将检核结果同GPS水准测量结果进行对比分析。研究结果表明:在河南省小范围平原地区(许昌市)EGM2008模型绝对精度达到了1.3 cm,相对精度1.65 cm,其精度达到了三等及以上水准测量精度,可以代替水准测量应用于智慧城市建设;而在地形复杂的山区(卢氏县),精度则有所降低,绝对精度为8.1 cm,相对精度为11 cm,大部分点位满足四等水准测量精度,可用于城市水准面精化工作。At present,the construction of smart city is in full swing.The survey of urban control network is a complex and heavy work,especially the leveling and elevation survey,which requires a lot of manpower,material resources and time.Although the accuracy is high,the workload is large and the efficiency is low.In this paper,the typical areas of Henan province are selected for the study.The external accuracy of the EGM2008 global gravity field model is checked by using the collected data of 23 GPS benchmarks in Xuchang built-up area and 75 benchmarks in Lushi county,and the check results are compared with GPS leveling results.The results show that:the absolute accuracy of EGM2008 model is 1.3 cm and the relative accuracy is 1.65 cm in the small-scale plain area(Xuchang city)of Henan province,and its accuracy reaches the third class and above leveling accuracy,which can replace leveling survey in the construction of smart city;While in the mountainous area(Lushi county)with complex terrain,the accuracy is reduced to 8.1 cm,and the relative accuracy is 11 cm,most of the points meet the fourth class leveling accuracy,which can be used for the refinement of urban level.
