新时代公安院校公安英模精神教育路径探究

摘  要:公安英模精神的时代内涵主要体现在忠诚信念、为民情怀、担当精神和英勇气魄四个方面。公安英模精神对于公安院校教育具有强化思想引领、提升职业认同、丰富教育内容、推动校园文化建设的重要意义,但当前公安院校弘扬公安英模精神的方式存在着宣传工作的创新性不足、与教育教学的融合不深入、校园文化建设配合不足的问题,仍有待改进。作为培养党和人民忠诚卫士的主阵地,公安院校应通过提升宣传工作效能、将公安英模精神融入教书育人的全过程、加强校园文化建设、抓好实践教育以及健全教育引导机制等创新路径,让公安英模精神在师生中内化于心、外化于行。The contemporary connotation of the exemplary spirit of public security is mainly embodied in four aspects:faithfulness,dedication,commitment and bravery.The spirit of exemplary public security leading ideas about education is to strengthen public security universities and colleges,improve professional identity,enrich education content,to promote the importance of the construction of campus culture,but the way the current public security colleges and universities promote the spirit of exemplary public security,such as insufficient propaganda work of innovation,and education teaching is not deep,the construction of campus culture with the problem of insufficient,it remains to be improved.As the main land to cultivate loyal guards of the party and the people,the public security colleges should propaganda work efficiency through ascension,the spirit of exemplary public security into the whole process of teaching,strengthening the construction of campus culture,pays special attention to the practice education and perfecting the education mechanism innovation path,so that the exemplary spirit of public security can be deeply rooted in the souls and hearts of teachers and students,and be implemented through their actions.
