廉洁意识在大学生教育工作中的价值研究

摘　　要：廉洁意识是抵御腐败的免疫因子,了解大学生的廉洁意识,对于筑牢拒腐防变的思想防线具有重要意义。调查发现,绝大部分学生的廉洁情感复杂,廉洁态度鲜明,廉洁行为自律性较强,但是廉洁意识并非整齐划一,部分同学容易受到社会人情影响,出现知行脱节的问题。基于此,大学生廉洁教育必须坚持以人为本的教育理念,着力激发学生的内在需要和学习兴趣,克服知情意行的割裂脱节,实现廉洁自律的落地生根。Honesty consciousness is an immune factor against corruption.Understanding college students’awareness of honesty is of great significance for building a strong ideological defense line against corruption and degeneration.The investigation found that most students have complex feelings of integrity and a clear-cut attitude.Students have honest behavior and strong self-discipline.However,it is vulnerable to social and human influence,resulting in the disconnection between knowledge and practice.Based on this,the integrity education of college students must adhere to the educational concept of people-oriented,and strive to stimulate students’internal needs and learning interests.They must overcome the separation of knowing,thinking and doing to realize the rooting of integrity and self-discipline.
