摘  要:清洗机增压零件外形不规则,在铣削加工中难以采用通用夹具进行定位装夹。为了解决此难题,采用三点定位一个平面的原理和气动的夹紧方式,为增压零件设计了一种专用铣床夹具。该夹具具有定位精度高、加工效率高、工作可靠等优点。实际运用显示:使用该夹具完成一个零件的装夹仅需2 s,零件的合格率在98%以上,满足了该零件大批量生产的需要,且该夹具结构设计理念先进,经过技术修改可以适应不同异形零件的装夹。The shape of the pressurized parts of the washing machine is irregular,and it is difficult to position and clamp with a general fixture during milling.In order to solve this problem,a special milling machine fixture is designed for pressurized parts by adopting the principle of three-point positioning on a plane and the pneumatic clamping method.The fixture has the advantages of high positioning accuracy,high processing efficiency,reliable operation.The actual application shows that it only takes 2 s to complete the clamping of a part with this fixture,and the qualified rate of the part is over 98%,which meets the needs of mass production of this part,and the structure design concept of this fixture is advanced,after technical modification,it can adapt to the clamping of different special-shaped parts.
