摘  要:为掌握运转中风电增速箱轴承工作游隙的影响因素,利用有限元方法建立风电增速箱轴承试验机热力耦合模型,以与风电增速箱轴承同型号并作为支承的圆柱滚子轴承为对象,考虑轴承运转过程中径向载荷的变化,分析径向载荷产生的轴承温升和轴承内圈与主轴过盈量对内圈与主轴过盈配合的影响,进而研究轴承径向游隙与轴承温升和内圈与主轴过盈配合的关系。结果表明,内圈与主轴过盈量相比于轴承温升对内圈与主轴接触压力的影响更为显著;轴承内圈温升对径向游隙的影响大于外圈温升对径向游隙的影响;相比于单独考虑内圈与主轴过盈量,同时考虑轴承温升和内圈与主轴过盈量时轴承的径向游隙变化量更大。In order to grasp the factors influencing the working clearance of wind power increaser bearings in operation.The thermal coupling model of the wind power speed increaser bearing testing machine is established in this research using the finite element approach.The cylindrical roller bearings of the same type as the bearing of wind power speed-increase gearbox and used as supports are used as objects.Consider the radial load change during bearing operation,analyze the bearing temperature rise caused by the radial load,and the influence of bearing inner ring and spindle interference on the interference fit of the inner ring and spindle,and then investigate the relationship between bearing radial clearance and bearing temperature rise and interference fit of the inner ring and spindle.The results show that the inner ring-spindle interference has a greater effect on the contact pressure between the inner ring and the spindle than the bearing temperature rise.The influence of the bearing’s inner ring temperature rise on radial clearance is greater than the influence of the outer ring temperature rise on radial clearance.When considering both the bearing temperature rise and the inner ring and spindle interference,the radial clearance of the bearing varies more than when considering only the inner ring and spindle interference.
