摘　　要：在碳达峰、碳中和背景下,石油石化企业要切实提高对践行绿色理念的重要认识,找准全局性、系统性、结构性的制约因素,践行绿色理念,创新绿色技术,推进绿色循环,赋能清洁生产,打好蓝天、碧水、净土保卫战,在低碳时代新格局中实现高质量发展。Under the background of carbon peaking and carbon neutralization,petroleum and petrochemical enterprises should effectively improve the understanding of practicing the green concept,identify the overall,systematic,and structural constraints,change the concept,innovate green technology,promote the green cycle,enable cleaner production,fight for the defense of blue sky,clear water and pure land,and realize high-quality development in the new pattern of low-carbon era.
