摘  要:为了突破海上自升平台升降系统目前普遍使用的渐开线齿轮齿条升降方式所面临的局限性,分析了齿轮齿条升降方式的设计原理,并与销轮齿条传动升降进行了对比研究。首先,结合应用经验分析了齿轮齿条啮合升降运动特性,确定了齿轮齿条升降装置的失效极限应为齿的弯曲强度,在实际设计中,升降装置的设计极限一般以爬升齿轮的使用寿命为基准;升降系统的强度极限以齿根最大弯曲应力为基准。接着,分析了长期实践以来齿轮齿条啮合升降方式寿命短,制造、维修成本高等的不足和限制条件,对升降传动方式进行了必要探索。提出将销轮齿条传动运用于海洋升降平台,并结合两种传动方式的特点进行比较和可行性分析,可为海上升降系统的进一步创新和发展提供参考。In order to break through the limitations of the involute gear rack lifting mode commonly used in the lifting system of offshore jack up platforms, the design principle of the gear rack lifting mode was analyzed and compared with the pin wheel rack drive lifting mode. Firstly,combined with the application experience, the meshing and lifting characteristics of the gear and rack were analyzed, and the failure limit of the gear and rack lifting device which should be the bending strength of the teeth was determined. In the actual design, the design limit of the lifting device was generally based on the service life of the climbing gear. The strength limit of the lifting system was based on the maximum bending stress of the tooth root. Then, the shortcomings and limitations of the gear rack meshing lifting mode were analyzed, such as short service life, high manufacturing and maintenance costs, and a necessary exploration on the lifting transmission mode was made. It was proposed to apply the pin gear tooth drive to the offshore lifting platform, and the comparison and feasibility analysis were carried out in combination with the characteristics of the two transmission modes, which could provide a reference for the further innovation and development of the offshore lifting system.
