摘 要:在工厂的施工现场,正确佩戴安全帽能有效地防止和减轻工人在作业过程中安全事故的伤害。目前在施工现场对安全帽佩戴的监管主要依赖人工,存在效率低且耗费人力的问题。对此,设计了基于百度AI智能云平台进行安全帽佩戴检测的智能监控系统,采用QT应用程序开发框架,首先将网络摄像头的视频流抽帧,经编码转换后上传到百度AI智能云平台;接着解析其返回的JSON格式数据,获得是否佩戴安全帽及位置信息;最后在人机界面展示检测结果,保存未正确佩戴安全帽的人体图像及工人所在位置。经实验测试,对于安全帽佩戴检测能达到5帧/s的检测速度和95%的准确率,且方便部署。运用人工智能技术进行智能视频分析,实时检测施工人员是否正确佩戴安全帽,为施工人员的人身安全提供有力保障。In the construction site of a factory, wearing safety helmet correctly can effectively prevent and reduce the injury of workers in the process of safety accidents. At present, the supervision of helmet wearing in construction site mainly depends on manual labor, which has the problem of low efficiency and manpower consumption. In this regard, an intelligent monitoring system for helmet wearing detection was designed based on Baidu AI intelligent cloud platform. QT application development framework was adopted. Firstly, the video stream of the webcam was extracted and uploaded to Baidu AI intelligent cloud platform after coding conversion. Then the data returned in JSON format was analyzed to obtain whether the helmet was worn and the location information. Finally, the detection results were displayed in the man-machine interface, and the human body image and the worker’s location that not correctly wearing the helmet were saved. Through experimental tests,the system can achieve 5 frames/s detection speed and 95% accuracy for helmet wearing detection, and is easy to deploy. Artificial intelligence technology is used for intelligent video analysis to detect whether construction personnel wear safety hats correctly in real time, which provides a strong guarantee for the personal safety of construction personnel.
