摘 要:制造产业生产线的改善能够有效提高生产效率和经济效益。为了提高冰箱内胆各工序生产效率并平衡生产资源,在作业分析、生产线平衡等理论知识的基础上,对其现存问题进行分析,在不增加投入的情况下提出有效的改进措施。利用Jack仿真软件、动作捕捉仪对生产线改善前后工人动作进行仿真模拟,得出既降低生产成本又提高效率的优化方案。提高了整个价值流增值率和企业的竞争力。The improvement of manufacturing production line can effectively improve production efficiency and economic benefits. In order to improve the production efficiency of each process of refrigerator liner and balance production resources, based on the theoretical knowledge of operation analysis and production line balance, the existing problems were analyzed, and effective improvement measures were put forward without increasing investment. Jack simulation software and motion capture instrument were used to simulate the workers’ actions before and after the improvement of the production line, and the optimization scheme which could not only reduce the production cost, but also improve the efficiency was obtained. The value-added rate of the whole value stream and the competitiveness of enterprises were improved.
