升阳排毒汤对慢性肾脏病3~4期患者肾功能和微炎症状态的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨升阳排毒汤对慢性肾脏病3~4期患者肾功能和微炎症状态的影响。方法:将CKD3~4期脾肾气虚型患者随机分为对照组40例、治疗组40例,均给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予升阳排毒汤治疗,两组均治疗12周。比较两组治疗前后的中医症候积分、肾功能、微炎症指标。结果:治疗后,两组中医证候评分、血肌酐、尿素氮、超敏C反应蛋白、白介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组各指标水平低于对照组(P<0.05);两组肾小球滤过率均升高,且治疗组指标水平高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:升阳排毒汤联合西医常规治疗慢性肾脏病3~4期患者疗效优于单纯西医治疗,可改善临床症状和肾功能,减轻微炎症反应。Objective:To analyze the effects of Shengyang Paidu decoction on renal function and micro-inflammatory state in patients with chronic kidney disease at 3-4 stage.Methods:Deficiency of Spleen and Kidney Qi type patients with chronic kidney disease at 3-4 stage were randomly divided into two groups:the control group of 40 cases treated with conventional western medicine therapy,the treatment group of 40 cases treated with Shengyang Paidu Recipe based on the treatment in the control group,which were treated for 12 weeks.Syndrome score of traditional Chinese medicine,renal function and inflammatory markers before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,score of syndrome,Scr,BUN,hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α were decreased significantly in both groups(P<0.05),while GFR were increased obviously(P<0.05),and the decrease or increase of these indexes in the treatment group were more significant than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chronic kidney disease Shengyang Paidu decoction Renal function Microinflammation.
