3种木本植物在海东和那曲的光合特征差异研究

摘  要:研究青海和那曲地区藏柳、高山细叶柳、银露梅光合作用特征,阐明其对环境光合特性的适应和生理响应,掌握不同高原植物的栽培特性,为那曲地区植物培育及城市绿化提供理论依据。利用Li-6400便携式光合仪测定三种植物的光合特性,同时运用直角双曲线模型对光响应曲线进行拟合比较研究。结果显示:随着光照强度的不断增加,两地三种木本植物的净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)和蒸腾速率(Tr)明显增加,而胞间CO_(2)浓度(Ci)降低。海东市苗圃藏柳的净光合速率最大,最大可达14.8 umol·m^(-2)s^(-1),那曲市苗圃银露梅的净光合速率最小,数据1.75 umol·m^(-2)s^(-1)。比较三种植物在两个地区的光饱和点,其中净光合速率:青海藏柳>青海高山细叶柳>那曲藏柳>那曲高山细叶柳>青海银露梅>那曲银露梅。因此,藏柳适应性强,适合作为那曲地区城市绿化种植的植物。This paper studies the photosynthetic characteristics of Tibetan willow,alpine willow,and silver plum in Qinghai and Naqu regions,clarifies their adaptation and physiological response to environmental photosynthetic characteristics,grasps the cultivation characteristics of different plateau plants,and provides theoretical basis for plant cultivation and urban greening in Naqu.In this study,the photosynthetic characteristics of the three plants were measured by the Li-6400 portable photosynthesis instrument,and the light response curves were fitted and compared using the right-angle hyperbolic model.The results showed that,with the continuous increase of light intensity,the net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance and transpiration rate of the three woody plants in the two places increased obviously,while the intercellular CO_(2) concentration decreased.The net photosynthetic rate of the Tibetan willow growing in the Haidong nursery was the highest,with a rate of 14.8 umol·m^(-2)s^(-1).The net photosynthetic rate of silver plum in the nursery of Nagqu City was the smallest,and the rate was 1.75 umol·m^(-2)s^(-1).The light saturation points of the three plants in the two regions were compared,and the decreasing order among them was Qinghai Tibetan willow,Qinghai alpine thin-leaved willow,Nagqu Tibetan willow,Nagqu alpine thin-leaved willow,Qinghai silver dewberry and Nagqu silver dewberry.Therefore,Therefore,Tibetan willow had strong adaptability and was suitable for urban greening in Naqu.
