摘 要:本研究旨在牛至油对色瓦绵羊血液生理生化指标的影响,为牛至油作为色瓦绵羊的饲料添加剂提供依据。选用饲养在西藏高海拔地区(那曲市班戈县,海拔4800 m)的20月龄、体重相近、体况良好的色瓦绵羊60只,随机分成4组(每组3个重复,每个重复5只),分别在其精料补充料中添加150 g/t(A组)、300g/t(B组)、450 g/t(C组)、0 g/t(对照组)的牛至油,集中育肥60 d后取血液样本进行测定其血液生理生化指标。试验结果表明,各组间的生理指标均无显著差异(P>0.05);试验组(A、B、C组)的生化指标中的总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)及碱性磷酸酶(ALP)含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而尿素氮(BUN)含量则显著低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组间的所有生化指标均无显著差异(P>0.05)。结果表明,在一定程度上添加牛至油后,试验组A、B和C血液中TP、ALB和ALP的含量均高于对照组(P<0.05),BUN的含量低于对照组(P<0.05)。The purpose of this study was to study the effect of oregano oil on blood physiological and biochemical indexes of Sewa sheep, and to provide basis for oregano oil as feed additive of Sewa sheep. Sixty Sewa sheep, 20 months old, of similar body weight and in good condition, were raised in the high altitude area of Tibet(Bange County, Naqu City, an average elevation of approximately 4 800 m), and were randomly divided into 4 groups with 3 replicates in each group and 5 sheep in each group, and 150 g/t(group A), 300 g/t(group B), 450 g/t(group C) and 0 g/t(control group) oregano oil were added to the concentrate supplement, respectively. After fattened for 60 days, their blood physiological and biochemical indexes were measured. The results showed that there was no significant difference in physiological indexes among the groups(P>0.05);the contents of total protein(TP), albumin(ALB) and alkaline phosphatase(ALP) in the biochemical indexes of the experimental group(groups A, B and C) were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05), while the content of urea nitrogen(BUN) was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in all biochemical indexes between the test groups(P>0.05). It also showed that the contents of TP, ALB and ALP in blood in the group A, B and C were more higher than that in control(P<0.05) and the content of BUN in group A, B and C was less decreased than that in control(P<0.05) when oregano oil was added into the concentrate supplement of Sewa sheep to a certain extent.
