摘　　要：在对某前后墙对冲燃烧锅炉SCR脱硝装置进行定期性能试验的基础上,进行历年检测数据分析,对机组脱硝装置潜能下降较快,脱硝出口NO_(x)浓度分布不均等问题进行诊断测试,并提出改造建议。建议在SCR入口加装烟气混合装置,并优化导流板布置,从根本上提高机组不同运行工况下SCR入口烟气NO_(x)浓度及流场分布均匀性。Based on the regular performance tests for a SCR denitration device of a front and rear wallopposed combustion boiler, analysis is carried out on the detection data over the past years, the problems are diagnosed and tested on the potential of unit denitration device decreases rapidly, the uneven distribution of NO_(x)concentration at the denitration outlet, etc., and the transformation suggestions are put forward. It is recommended to install a flue-gas mixing device at the SCR inlet and optimize the layout of the deflector to fundamentally improve the NO_(x)concentration and the flow field distribution uniformity of the flue gas at the SCR inlet under different operating conditions of the unit.
