摘 要:大学生正处于青春期到成年期的过渡阶段,学习任务较为繁重,膳食搭配尤为重要。该文针对当前大学生群体存在诸多的不良饮食习惯、营养学知识欠缺等问题,根据十多年的教学实践,从教学方式、教学内容上探索营养与健康公选课的教学改革,授课内容以七大类营养素为主线,密切联系生活,进行删减、整合和补充,增加授课过程中的趣味性,激发学生学习兴趣,较好地提升教学效果,为地方院校的相关课程建设提供参考借鉴。College students are in the transition stage from adolescence to adulthood.Their studiesareheavy.A balanced diet is especially important for them.There are some problems in the current college students,such as poor eating habits,lack of nutrition knowledge,etc.By taking seven nutrients as the main line,selecting and arranging teaching contents reasonably,close to life and improving the fun during the teaching process,the new teaching mode was explored,practiced,and summarized during the more than ten years of teaching,and remarkable teaching achievements are obtained.This teaching reform could also be considered as a reference for other courses of students in local colleges.
