摘　　要：目的比较经阴式单孔腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术与经腹多孔腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术在子宫肌瘤患者中的应用价值。方法选取2020年1月至2021年3月我院收治的60例子宫肌瘤患者,随机平均分为两组。对照组给予经腹多孔腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术,观察组给予经阴式单孔腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术。对比两组患者的手术情况、卵巢功能、月经情况、疼痛程度。结果观察组手术情况优于对照组,观察组术后3个月卵巢功能、月经情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后1 d、3 d、7 d的VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与经腹多孔腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术相比,经阴式单孔腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤的效果更佳,具有创伤小、腹壁无疤痕、出血量少、术后疼痛轻等优点,可改善患者卵巢功能,加快月经情况好转。Objective To compare the application value of transvaginal single-port laparoscopic myomectomy and transabdominal multi-port laparoscopic myomectomy in patients with hysteromyoma.Methods 60 patients with hysteromyoma admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to March 2021 were randomly divided into two groups euqally.The control group received transabdominal multi-port laparoscopic myomectomy,and the observation group received transvaginal single-port laparoscopic myomectomy.The operation status,ovarian function,menstruation status and pain degree of the two groups were compared.Results The operation status of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the ovarian function and menstruation status at 3 months after operation were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the observation group at 1 d,3 d and 7 d after operation were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with transabdominal multi-port laparoscopic myomectomy,transvaginal single-port laparoscopic myomectomy has better effect in the treatment of hysteromyoma,with the advantages of less trauma,no scar on the abdominal wall,less blood loss and light postoperative pain,which can improve the ovarian function,and accelerate the recovery of menstruation.
