摘 要:目的探讨荧光染色法与KOH湿片法对不同类型足癣诊断中的应用价值。方法对158例拟诊足癣的患者临床资料进行分析,分别予以荧光染色法、KOH湿片法进行直接镜检,比较不同方法的阳性检出情况、阅片时间。结果荧光染色法对水疱鳞屑型足癣、角化过度型足癣的阳性检出率分别为91.86%、83.33%,高于KOH湿片法的81.40%、53.33%(P<0.05);荧光染色法与KOH湿片法对浸渍糜烂型足癣的阳性检出率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。荧光染色法对水疱鳞屑型足癣、角化过度型足癣、浸渍糜烂型足癣的阅片时间明显短于KOH湿片法(P<0.05)。结论荧光染色法对水疱鳞屑型足癣、角化过度型足癣的阳性检出率高于KOH湿片法,且阅片时间也明显较短,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application value of fluorescent staining and KOH wet-mount in the diagnosis of different types of tinea pedis.Methods The clnical data of 158 patients with tinea pedis were analyzed,and fluorescence staining and KOH wet-mount were used for direct microscopic examination respectively.The positive detection and film reading time of different methods were compared.Results The positive detection rates of fluorescence staining for blisters and scaly tinea pedis and hyperkeratosis tinea pedis were 91.86% and 83.33% respectively,higher than 81.40% and 53.33% of KOH wet-mount(P<0.05).No statistal difference was found in the positive rate of immersion erosive tinea pedis between fluorescent staining and KOH wet-mount(P>0.05).The film reading time of fluorescence staining for blisters and scaly tinea pedis,hyperkeratosis tinea pedis and immersion erosive tinea pedis were shorter than those of KOH wet-mount(P<0.05).Conclusions Fluorescent staining has higher positive detection rates in the diagnosis of blisters and scaly tinea pedis and hyperkeratosis tinea pedis than KOH wet-mount,with shorter film reading time,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
