Objective To explore the impact of routine blood test combined with serum procalcitonin(PCT)and C reactive protein(CRP)on postive detection rate of severe bacterial infectious diseases. Methods 100 patients with severe bacterial infectious diseases admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as experimental group, and 100 people with physical examination at the same period were selected as control group. The venous blood was collected to detect the white blood cell(WBC),PCT and CRP levels. The positive rates were compared. Results The WBC,PCT and CRP levels of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The positive rates of WBC,PCT and CRP in the experimental group were 97.00%,96.00% and 98.00% respectively, higher than 12.00%,10.00% and 9.00% in the control group(P<0.05).The positive detection rate of combined detection of WBC,PCT and CRP for severe bacterial infectious diseases was higher than that of single detection(P<0.05).Conclusions Routine blood test combined with serum PCT and CRP has higher positive rate for severe bacterial infectious diseases, which can provide a favorable reference for early diagnosis and treatment of diseases, and is worthy of promotion and application.
