早期体位护理联合情志护理干预中风偏瘫痉挛状态的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨早期体位护理联合情志护理干预对中风偏瘫痉挛状态的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2020年10月我院收治的90例中风软瘫期患者,随机分为两组各45例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组采用早期体位护理联合情志护理。对比两组患者干预前后的肢体运动功能、日常生活活动能力及心理状态。结果干预后,观察组的运动功能评定量表(FMA)、日常生活活动能力改良Barthel指数(MBI)评分高于对照组,焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期体位护理联合情志护理能有效改善中风偏瘫患者的肢体运动功能,提高日常生活活动能力,改善心理状态。Objective To explore the influence of early posture nursing combined with emotional nursing intervention on spasticity of stroke hemiplegia.Methods 90 patients with apoplexy and paresis admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to October 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given early posture nursing combined with emotional nursing.The limb motor function,activities of daily living and mental state of the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)and Modified Barthel Index(MBI)scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Early posture nursing combined with emotional nursing can effectively improve the motor function,activities of daily living and mental state of patients with stroke hemiplegia.
