长圆针经筋病灶点解结法治疗膝骨关节炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察长圆针经筋病灶点解结法对膝骨关节炎(KOA)的治疗效果。方法选取2020年2月至2021年2月北京市和平里医院收治的60例KOA患者作为研究对象,以信封法分为对照组与研究组,每组各30例。对照组患者根据浮髌实验结果采用保守治疗或关节腔注射治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加行长圆针经筋病灶点解结法治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的KOA严重程度评分、中医证候评分、Tegner膝关节运动评分。结果治疗前,两组患者的KOA严重程度评分、中医证候评分、Tegner膝关节运动评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,研究组的Tegner膝关节运动评分高于对照组,KOA严重程度评分、中医证候评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论长圆针经筋病灶点解结法对膝骨关节炎有显著疗效,可改善患者中医证候及运动功能。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of long round needle on knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods A total of 60 patients with KOA admitted to Beijing Hepingli Hospital from February 2020 to February 2021 were selected as research objects,and devided into the control group and the study group by the envelope method,with 30 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with conservative treatment or joint cavity injection according to the results of the floating patella test,while the study group was treated with long circular needles to untie the knots at the transversal tendon lesion points on top of the control group.The scores of KOA severity,TCM evidence and Tegner knee motion were compared between the groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in KOA severity score,TCM syndrome score and Tegner knee motion score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of Tegner knee movement in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the socores of KOA severity and TCM syndrome in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The long round needle has a significant effect on knee osteoarthritis,and can improve the TCM syndrome and motor function of patients.
