摘 要:分析了几起典型回转窑托轮高温故障现场处理实例。托轮轴瓦作为回转窑支承装置主要部件,受窑工艺操作调整或安装存在偏差、日常运行维护管理不到位等因素影响,易出现托轮轴瓦高温及轴瓦损伤导致的停窑事故。通过采取定期检测回转窑各运行参数,全面掌握热工设备运行状态,及时消除设备隐患等措施,可有效预防托轮轴瓦高温故障的发生。Several typical cases of high temperature fault for supporting rollers of rotary kiln have been analyzed.As the main part of the rotary kiln supporting device,the supporting rollers’shafts and bearing of rotary kiln is prone to high temperature and even result in the kiln stop accident caused by the damage of the shafts and bearing,due to the influence of various factors such as the adjustment of kiln process operation or the deviation of installation,the lack of daily operation and maintenance management and so on.The occurrence of high temperature fault of supporting rollers’shafts and bearing can be effectively prevented by taking measures such as regularly testing the operation parameters of rotary kiln for comprehensively grasping the operation state of thermal equipment,and then timely eliminating hidden dangers of equipment.
