摘　　要：介绍了水泥厂基于赫斯曼HIPER-Ring协议下的DCS系统双环网冗余通讯拓扑结构设计方案。在该方案中,水泥厂自动化集成控制系统中的Freelance AC900F控制器与光纤互联的赫斯曼交换机形成冗余型的双环网拓扑结构,能够在通讯线路发生故障时自动切换至备用通讯线路,发挥环网冗余可靠性高的同时,避免“广播风暴”(数据交换超出交换机处理极限),可有效提高水泥厂自动化控制系统的可靠性与稳定性。The article introduces the network topology of DCS system of cement plant based on the redundancy design scheme of dual ring network under Hirschmann HIPER-Ring protocol.In this scheme,the Freelance AC900F controller in the automatic integrated control system of the cement plant forms a redundant dual ring network topology with the optical fiber interconnected Hirschmann switch,which can automatically switch to the standby communication line in case of failure of the communication line,play the high reliability of the redundancy ring network,at the same time,avoid the broadcast storm,and effectively improve the reliability and stability of the automatic control system of the cement plant.
