摘 要:作为重要的无功补偿设备,并联电容器装置被广泛应用于输变电系统中。单元电容器是该装置的重要组成部分,其标准化程度会影响实际生产的经济性与便捷性。本研究以10 kV电压等级的并联电容器装置为例,对并联电容器装置的参数化与标准化进行研究,将物理问题转化为数学问题,提出单元电容器元件参数化的思路与方法,并指出统一元件规格对生产制造的实际意义。通过定值计算和定性分析,阐述保护定值的影响因素,表明元件标准化不会对保护定值带来不利的影响,且标准化后可承受的击穿元件数量增多,可靠性提高,为今后电容器标准化工作的开展提供一定参考。As an important reactive power compensation equipment,shunt capacitor device is widely used in power transmission and transformation system.Unit capacitor is an important part of the device,and its standardization will affect the economy and convenience of actual production.This study takes the 10kV voltage level parallel capacitor device as an example,studies the parameterization and standardization of the parallel capacitor device,transforms the physical problem into a mathematical problem,proposes the idea and method of parameterization of unit capacitor components,and points out the practical significance of unifying component specifications for manufacturing.Through constant value calculation and qualitative analysis,the influencing factors of protection setting value are expounded,which shows that component standardization will not adversely affect the protection setting value,and the number of breakdown components that can be tolerated after standardization increases,and the reliability is improved,which provides a certain reference for the future development of capacitor standardization.
