河南省新型研发机构高质量发展难题及其破解对策

摘　　要：推动新型研发机构高质量发展是河南省建设国家创新高地的内在要求和重要抓手。目前,河南新型研发机构建设虽然取得了一些成绩,但仍面临集聚高水平创新人才的能力不强、研发和成果转化水平不高、金融赋能力量不够等发展难题,需要进一步提升集聚高水平人才能力、提高服务地方经济发展能力、增强科技金融赋能力量等。Promoting the high-quality development of new R&D institutions is an inherent requirement and an important starting point for Henan Province to build a national innovation highland.At present,although some achievements have been made in the construction of new R&D institutions in Henan,they still face development problems such as weak ability to gather high-level innovative talents,low level of R&D and achievement transformation,and insufficient financial empowerment.It is necessary to further improve the ability to gather high-level talents,improve the ability to serve local economic development,and enhance the empowerment of technology and finance,etc.
