摘 要:【目的】为提高桉木利用率,采用乙酰化处理对桉木进行改性。【方法】采用乙酸酐在不同温度下处理桉木心材、边材不同时间,并测定乙酰化桉木性能,研究改性材性能。【结果】结果显示,在相同温度下,桉木增重率随处理时间的增加而增加,最高可达12.45%。当桉木增重率为11.31%时,抗胀缩率(ASE)达73.57%。改性后桉木的尺寸稳定性提高,吸水率降低了39.98%。【结论】乙酰化能有效改善桉木的物理性能,赋予桉木良好的尺寸稳定性。【Objective】In order to improve the utilization rate of Eucalyptus robusta,acetylation treatment was applied to modify Eucalyptus robusta.【Method】The heartwood and edgewood of Eucalyptus robusta were treated with acetic anhydride at different temperatures for different times,and the properties of acetylated eucalyptus were measured to study the properties of modified wood.【Result】The results showed that under the same temperature,Eucalyptus robusta weight percent gain increased with the increase of processing time,up to 12.45%.When the weight percent gain of eucalyptus robusta was 11.31%,the antiswelling efficiency(ASE)reached 73.57%.After modification,the dimensional stability of Eucalyptus robusta was improved,and the water absorption of acetylated Eucalyptus decreased by 39.98%.【Conclusion】Acetylation can effectively improve the physical properties of Eucalyptus robusta,giving eucalyptus good dimensional stability.
