海军某舰艇人员眼部健康状况的调查与分析

摘　　要：目的通过体检了解海军某舰艇人员的眼部多发疾病,分析舰艇人员的眼部健康状况,为体系医院和随舰医疗队提供更具针对性的卫生保健参考。方法使用标准对数视力表、自动电脑验光仪、验光镜片箱、手持式裂隙灯显微镜、直接检眼镜等检查设备,对海军某舰艇部队305名现役官兵进行了一次包括视力、外眼、内眼、眼底等为主要内容的眼科巡诊和健康体检,并对检查结果进行统计分析。结果体检发现,某舰艇人员眼部常见疾病居前三位的依次是屈光不正、慢性结膜炎和视疲劳,分别占比58.03%、42.95%和20.00%。结论舰艇人员眼部健康状况不容忽视。眼部疾病不仅会影响舰艇人员的生存质量,还有损整体战斗力的生成。因此,应有针对性地加强舰艇人员的眼部健康状况管理和宣教。Objective To know the commonly-seen eye diseases and analyze the eye health status of naval shipboard personnel through physical examination,so as to provide more targeted health care reference for organic hospitals and the shipboard medical team.Methods By using standard logarithmic visual acuity chart,automatic computer optometry,optometry lens box,hand-held slit lamp microscope,direct ophthalmoscope,ophthalmic medical visits and health checks were performed in 305 active commissioned and enlisted personnel,for the detection of disorders involving visual acuity,external eye,internal eye and fundus.Then,the examination results were statistically analyzed.Results Physical examination revealed that the top three common eye diseases of the shipboard personnel were ametropia,chronic conjunctivitis and visual fatigue,accounting for 58.03%,42.95% and 20.00% respectively.Conclusion The eye health status of shipboard personnel could by no means be ignored.Eye diseases will not only affect the quality of life of shipboard personnel,but also damage the generation of overall combat effectiveness.Therefore,further management and education of eye health status should be strengthened.
