大杼穴埋线为主联合高压氧治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探究大杼穴埋线为主联合高压氧治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法选择2018年4月至2020年6月在三亚市中医院就诊的124例膝关节骨性关节炎患者作为研究对象,用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=62)和实验组(n=62)。对照组在常规治疗基础上给予高压氧治疗,实验组在对照组基础上给予大杼穴埋线治疗。比较2组治疗后疼痛改善程度、骨关节炎严重程度和远期疗效。结果实验组的愈显率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组和实验组治疗后的数字评价量表(NRS)评分、西安大略省和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)评分和奎森功能演算指数(Lequesne)评分均低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组治疗后NRS评分、WOMAC评分和Lequesne评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大杼穴埋线为主联合高压氧治疗膝关节骨性关节炎,可降低患者疼痛程度,改善关节活动程度。Objective To explore the therapeutic effects of Dazhuo acupoint catgut embedding combined with hyperbaric oxygen in treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 124 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to Sanya Hospital of Traditional C.hinese Medicine from April 2018 to June 2020 were selected as research subjects and were randomly divided into the control group(n,=62)and the experimental group(n=62).The control group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen on the basis of conventional treatment,while the experimental group received Dazhuo acupoint catgut embedding on the basis of the control group.Following treatment,the extent of improvement in pain,severity of osteoarthritis and long-term efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The healing rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The scores of the numerical rating scale(NRS),Western Ontario and McMaster University osteoarthritis index(WOMAC)and Lequesne scores after treatment were all lower in both control group and experimental group as compared with those before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of NRS,WOMAC and Lequesne of the experimental group were all lower than those of the control group,also with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Dazhu acupoint catgut embedding combined with hyperbaric oxygen in treatment of knee osteoarthritis could reduce pain and improve joint activity.
