摘 要:拟以活性炭材料为基础,针对室内甲醛污染问题,通过氨基和甲醛的反应,设计使用浸渍法在活性炭表面同时负载聚乙烯亚胺和尿素活性物质,利用活性炭表面负载的化学功能基团,提高活性炭材料对甲醛的吸附能力和吸附的稳定性。实验结果表明:5g改性的活性炭在18小时内,使密闭空间中甲醛的降低了44%,而没有改性的活性炭的净化率仅为6.9%,聚乙烯亚胺和尿素改性方法有效地提高了活性炭对于气态甲醛的吸附量。This project research based on the activated carbon material,aiming at the indoor formaldehyde pollution problem,by the reaction between amino and formaldehyde,the immersion method is designed to load polyethyleneimine and urea active substances on the surface of activated carbon at the same time,and the chemical functional groups on the surface of activated carbon are used to improve the adsorption capacity and adsorption stability of activated carbon materials for formaldehyde.The experimental results show that the formaldehyde in the confined space reduces by 44% in 18 hours by 5g modified activated carbon,while the purification rate of activated carbon without modification is only 6.9%.The adsorption capacity of activated carbon on gaseous formaldehyde is improved by polyethylenimine and urea modification.
