维格列汀联合阿卡波糖治疗老年糖尿病的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的观察老年糖尿病患者采用维格列汀联合阿卡波糖治疗的临床效果。方法98例老年糖尿病患者,依据配偶设计法分为参照Z组和实验M组,各49例。参照Z组患者采用维格列汀治疗,实验M组患者采用维格列汀联合阿卡波糖治疗。对比两组患者治疗前及治疗3个月后血糖(空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖)水平、治疗3个月后不良反应发生率。结果治疗前,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3个月后,两组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平均低于治疗前,且实验M组空腹血糖(6.22±0.12)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(7.21±0.36)mmol/L低于参照Z组的(6.67±0.13)、(7.65±0.24)mmol/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,实验M组不良反应发生率为4.08%,参照Z组不良反应发生率为2.04%,对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论老年糖尿病患者采用维格列汀联合阿卡波糖治疗效果显著,可在确保患者安全的基础上改善血糖水平,值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of vildagliptin combined with acarbose on diabetes mellitus in the elderly.Methods A total of 98 elderly patients with diabetes mellitus were divided into reference Z group and experimental M group according to the paired design method,with 49 cases in each group.Patients in the reference Z group were treated with vildagliptin,and patients in the experimental M group were treated with vildagliptin combined with acarbose.The blood glucose(fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose)levels before and after 3 months of treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions after 3 months of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose levels of the two groups were lower than those of this group before treatment;the fasting blood glucose(6.22±0.12)mmol/L and the 2 h postprandial blood glucose(7.21±0.36)mmol/L of the experimental M group were lower than(6.67±0.13)and(7.65±0.24)mmol/L of the reference Z group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental M group was 4.08%,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the reference Z group was 2.04%,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Vildagliptin combined with acarbose has significant effect on patients with elderly patients with diabetes mellitus,and can improve the blood glucose level while ensuring patient safety, which is worthy of promotion.
