摘 要:目的分析和优化急诊血常规工作流程,减少急诊血常规实验室周转时间,提高工作效率和服务质量。方法采用实验室信息系统(LIS)和检验之星工作软件,回顾性分析2018年1月—6月绍兴市人民医院急诊化验室血常规实验室内周转时间,通过人、机、料、法、环、测6个方面进行分析,柏拉图分析影响急诊血常规TAT的因素,将累计影响超过90%的因素作为实施改进措施的主要因素。结果通过策略实施,减少急诊血常规的实验室周转时间。P90从33 min下降到26 min。结论通过优化工作流程和加强工作人员的业务培训,有效地缩短了急诊血常规周转时间。Objective To analyze and optimize the work flow of emergency blood routine,reduce the cycle time of emergency blood routine in laboratory,and improve the work efficiency and service quality.Methods Using laboratory information system(LIS)and the working software in lab,the cycle time of emergency blood routine in Shaoxing People.s Hospital from January to June 2018 was analyzed retrospectively.The effective factors were analyzed in six aspects of human,machine,material,method,environment and measurement.Plato method was used to analyze the factors affecting TAT in emergency blood routine examination and the factors with cumulative influence over 90%were taken as the main factors for implementing improvement measures.Results According to the implementation of the strategy,the laboratory cycle time of emergency blood routine was reduced.P90decreased from 33 minutes to 26 minutes.Conclusion By optimizing the workflow and strengthening the professional training of staff,the TAT of emergency blood routine can be effectively shortened.
