摘　　要：目的分析2017年—2021年句容市疾病预防控制中心实验室参加能力验证的分布情况,为提高实验室质量管理和检测水平提供科学依据。方法收集实验室2017年—2021年参加能力验证资料,使用Excel进行统计分析。结果句容市疾病预防控制中心实验室2017年—2021年共参加了95次能力验证,共计192个参数。参加国家认监委的能力验证次数最多,为72次,占总体的75.8%;生活饮用水和食品领域次数较多,分别为36次和35次(37.9%和36.8%);生活饮用水领域和食品领域为重金属指标最多,分别为12次和10次(33.3%和28.6%),生活饮用水各类别覆盖率从2019年后均达到100%;化学分析能力验证采用光度法和色谱法的检测次数最多,分别为35次和22次(36.8%和23.2%)。结论句容市疾病预防控制中心实验室5年来参加能力验证活动在采用方法的多样性和检测领域的分布多样性均有提高,但仍有不满意项目,仍需加强实验室管理,提高主观能动性,发挥能力验证在实验室管理和检测质量的作用。Objective To analyze the status of laboratory proficiency verification of Jurong Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention from 2017 to 2021,so as to provide scientific basis for improving the quality management and testing level of laboratories.Methods The data of the laboratory participating in the proficiency testing were collected from 2017 to 2021,and Excel for statistical analysis was adopted in this study.Results The laboratory of Jurong Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention participated in 95 proficiency tests from 2017 to 2021,with 192 parameters collected.It participated in the Certification and Accreditation Administration’s capacity verification 72 times,accounting for 75.8%;The number of cases in drinking water and food was 36 and 35(37.9%and 36.8%),respectively.In the drinking water sector and food sector,the heavy metal index was 12 times and 10 times(33.3%and 28.6%)at most,and the coverage rate of all categories of drinking water reached 100%after 2019.Spectrophotometry and chromatography were the most frequently used,35 times and 22 times(36.8%and 23.2%),respectively.Conclusion Over the past five years,the laboratory of the Jurong Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention has participated in proficiency testing activities.The diversity of methods and the distribution of testing areas have increased,but there are still unsatisfactory aspects.It.s necessary to strengthen the laboratory management,improve the subjective initiative,and give full play to the role of proficiency testing in laboratory management and testing quality.
