2015年—2021年重庆市万州区VCT门诊HIV抗体和梅毒检测结果分析

摘　　要：目的分析2015年—2021年万州区VCT门诊HIV抗体和梅毒的人口学特征和感染情况,为艾滋病和梅毒的防治工作提供参考。方法以2015年—2021年在万州区疾病预防控制中心VCT门诊接受VCT服务并检测的求询者为研究对象,收集求询者的社会人口学特征以及HIV抗体和梅毒的检测资料,经Excel 2003数据整理和SPSS 19.0软件统计分析。结果2781例求询者中HIV抗体总阳性检出率为24.63%(685/2781),不同年份、性别、年龄、文化程度、婚姻状况的HIV抗体阳性检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。梅毒总阳性检出率为2.70%(75/2781),其中性别、年龄、婚姻状况的梅毒阳性检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应加强对≥41岁、离异或丧偶这几类人群的HIV和梅毒的干预工作,减少HIV和梅毒的传播。Objective To provide reference for the prevention and treatment of AIDS and syphilis,the demographic characteristics and infection status of HIV antibody and syphilis in VCT clinics in Wanzhou District from 2015 to 2021 were analyzed.Methods The social demographic characteristics,HIV antibody and syphilis test data were collected from the VCT clinic of Wanzhou District Center for Disease Control and Prevention from 2015 to 2021.The data were organized and analyzed by Excel2003 and SPSS 19.0 software,respectively.Results The positive detection rate of HIV antibody in 2781 respondents was24.63%(685/2781).There was statistical significance on the differences in the HIV antibody positive detection rate among different years,gender,age,education level and marital status(P<0.05).The total positive detection rate of syphilis was2.70%(75/2781).There was statistical significance on the differences in the positive detection rate of syphilis among different gender,age and marital status(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening the intervention of HIV and syphilis among those aged over 41 years,divorced or widowed may help reduce the spread of HIV and syphilis.
