摘　　要：基于课程思政的协同效应,进行工程经济与项目管理课程“金课”建设的探索和实践。构建以课程思政为导向的教师队伍;对标“金课”建设标准,修订课程教学大纲,融入课程思政内容,构建课程思政协同育人矩阵;基于课程思政育人理念构建课程教学资源,优化具有深度的课程思政教学设计和组织,推进蕴含思政教学内容的课程考核评价。通过上述举措,促进了专业教育与思想政治教育协调同步,打造出具有土木专业特色的工程经济与项目管理“金课”,培养新工科建设背景下德才兼备的土木工程专业高素质创新型人才。Based on the synergistic effect of ideological and political ducation,this paper explores and practices the construction of "golden course" of engineering economics and project management.To construct a teaching staff oriented by ideological and political education,to mark the construction standard of "golden course",revise the curriculum syllabus into ideological and political education,and construct the matrix of curriculum ideological and political cooperation education.Based on the concept of course ideological and political education,construct course teaching resources,optimize the teaching design and organization of course ideological and political education with depth,and promote the course assessment and evaluation containing ideological and political education content.Through the above measures,the coordination and synchronization of professional education and ideological and political theory education is promoted,the "golden course" of engineering project economics and management with civil specialty characteristics is created,and high-quality innovative talents of civil engineering specialty with integrity and ability are cultivated under the background of new engineering construction.
