64排螺旋CT应用在多间隙腰椎间盘突出症诊断中的特异性及灵敏性研究

摘　　要：目的分析探讨64排螺旋CT应用在多间隙腰椎间盘突出症诊断中的特异性及灵敏性。方法选取平凉市康复中心医院2019年12月-2021年12月接收确诊为多间隙腰椎间盘突出症患者100例为观察对象,对所有患者先后进行X线与64排螺旋CT诊断,以将两种诊断方式的检出率、特异性、灵敏性与腰椎间盘突出的类型进行比较。结果X线诊断检出率为60.0%、误诊率为10.0%、漏诊率为30.0%;64排螺旋CT诊断检出率为100.0%,误诊率为0%、漏诊率为0%、64排螺旋CT检出率高于X线,数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);X线的诊断特异性为85.0%,灵敏性为89.0%,64排螺旋CT的诊断特异性为99.0%,灵敏性为100.0%,64排螺旋CT特异性及灵敏性高于X线,数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);64排螺旋CT对于腰椎间盘突出的类型检测度高于X线,数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论64排螺旋CT诊断多间隙腰椎间盘突出症具有明显的诊断效果,能够为后续治疗提供参考价值非常高的数据,值得推广与应用于临床诊断中。Objective To analyze the specificity and sensitivity of 64-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of multi-space lumbar disc herniation.Methods 100 patients diagnosed with multi-space lumbar intervertebral disc herniation in our hospital from 2019-month-2021 were selected as observation objects.The detection rate,specificity,and sensitivity were compared with the type of lumbar disc herniation.Results The detection rate of X-ray diagnosis was 60.0%,the misdiagnosis rate was 10.0%,and the missed diagnosis rate was 30.0%.The diagnostic detection rate of 64-slice spiral CT was 100.0%,the misdiagnosis rate was 0%,and the missed diagnosis rate was 0%.The detection rate of helical CT was higher than that of X-ray,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The diagnostic specificity of X-ray was 85.0%,the sensitivity was 89.0%,and the diagnostic specificity of 64 slice spiral CT was 99.0%,the sensitivity was 100.0%.The specificity and sensitivity of 64 slice spiral CT were higher than that of X-ray.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The detection degree of 64 slice spiral CT for the type of lumbar disc herniation was higher than that of X-ray,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion 64-slice spiral CT has obvious diagnostic effect in the diagnosis of multi-space lumbar intervertebral disc herniation,and can provide data with very high reference value for subsequent treatment,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical diagnosis.
