耳部经皮揿针刺激疗法联合音乐放松疗法干预急性心理应激诱发血压升高的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 针对耳部经皮揿针刺激疗法联合音乐放松疗法干预急性心理应激诱发血压升高的临床研究。方法 选取2018年3月-2019年9月入本院内科的150例心理应激诱发血压升高患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,各75例,对照组采用耳部经皮揿针刺激疗法,而研究组在此基础上联合音乐放松疗法,比较治疗后患者的临床疗效,生活质量以及并发症的发生率。结果 治疗4周后,研究组患者的疗效、生活质量优于对照组,并发症的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 联合疗法显著改善心理应激诱发血压升高,降低并发症的发生率。提高患者的生活质量,属于绿色、健康的治疗方法。Objective To study the clinical effect of auricular acupuncture stimulation therapy combined with music relaxation therapy on acute psychological stress-induced blood pressure elevation.Methods A total of 150 patients with psychological stress-induced hypertension admitted to the Department of Internal Medicine of our hospital from March 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups,75 cases for each group.The control group was treated with auricular needle stimulation therapy,while the study group was combined with music relaxation therapy.The clinical efficacy,quality of life and incidence rate of complications were compared after treatment.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the efficacy and quality of life in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the incidence rate of complications was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Combined therapy can significantly improve the increase of blood pressure induced by psychological stress and reduce the incidence of complications.Improving the quality of life of patients is a green and healthy treatment.
