摘　　要：[目的]明确木醋液与噻唑膦联合使用对甘薯茎线虫病的防治效果。[方法]室内测试木醋液、噻唑膦原药及2者复配对马铃薯腐烂茎线虫的生物活性,通过盆栽试验和田间试验验证防治效果。[结果]不同来源木醋液对噻唑膦具有不同程度的增效作用。木醋液对甘薯茎线虫病田间防治效果都不高;10%噻唑膦颗粒剂与木醋液组合使用,可显著增加对甘薯茎线虫病的防效;10%噻唑膦颗粒剂(制剂用量15 kg/hm^(2))与木醋液(22.5 L/hm^(2))组合使用后防效为86.33%,与单独使用10%噻唑膦GR 30 kg/hm^(2)的处理无显著性差异。[结论]2种药剂组合使用具有良好的推广应用前景。[Aims]This study aims to clarify the interactive control effect of fosthiazate and wood vinegar against the Ditylenchus destructor.[Methods]The combined toxicity of fosthiazate and wood vinegar against the D.destructor were evaluated with dipping method,the effect of the nematocides were verified by pot experiment and field experiments.[Results]The laboratory test showed that the wood vinegar can obviously increase the control effect of fosthiazate against the nematodes.The results of field experiments suggested that all the wood vinegar had poor control effects of less than 50%.The mixture of wood vinegar and fosthiazate can significantly improve the control effect on the nematodes.The control effect of the combination(fosthiazate 10%GR 15 kg/ha and wood vinegar 22.5 L/ha)on D.destructor was 86.33%,which had no significant difference with fosthiazate 10%GR(30 kg/ha).[Conclusions]The combination of wood vinegar and fosthiazate can reduce the use of nematicide and have wide prospects for applying.
