摘　　要：农药增效组合物是农业领域重要的发明专利申请类型,在对比文件并未具体公开要求保护的组合物的情况下,创造性审查存在不同观点。以实际审查中的观点分歧为起点,主要介绍了相关的专利的申请和授权状况、申请和审查时考虑的重点以及分歧观点的发展演变过程,并对政策环境和审查现状进行分析和探讨,以期有助于准确把握农药增效组合物发明专利申请的创造性审查标准,从而起到提高专利申请质量,促进农药应用领域技术进步的作用。The pesticide synergistic composition is an important type of patent application in the agricultural field.In the case where the reference document does not specifically disclose the claimed composition,there are different viewpoints in the inventive step examination.Starting with the different viewpoints in the actual examination,this paper mainly introduces the application and grant status of relevant patents,the key points considered during application and examination,and the development and evolution of the viewpoints,and discusses policy environment and the current situation of application and examination,in order to help accurately understand the examination standards of inventive step in patent application of pesticide synergistic compositions,thereby improving the quality of patent applications and promoting technological progress in the field of pesticide application.
