摘 要:由于中性点箝位(NPC)型三电平逆变器直流侧(DC-Link)电容参数性故障存在过程缓慢和电气特征量变化微小的特点,导致状态监测不准确,并造成故障诊断准确率低的问题,提出一种时域-频域特征融合和改进相关向量机(RVM)的故障诊断方法。以NPC型三电平逆变器为研究对象,首先通过时域和频域方法分析输出线电压故障信号,并构建其复合故障特征向量;然后用融合特征向量训练和测试改进RVM(RVM-AdaBoost)模型,实现对NPC型三电平逆变器DC-Link电容参数性故障诊断的研究。最后对比实验结果表明:所提出的融合特征提取和RVM-AdaBoost的逆变器参数性故障诊断模型的优势,各项预测评价指标结果相对较好,能够较为准确地监测逆变器直流侧电容的状态。Because of the slow process and small variation of electrical characteristics in the DC-Link capacitor parameter fault of the neutral point-clamped(NPC)three-level inverter,the state monitoring is not accurate and the fault diagnosis accuracy is low,a fault diagnosis method based on time domain and frequency domain feature fusion and improved relevance vector machine(RVM)is proposed.Three-level NPC inverter is used as the research object,output line voltage fault signals are analyzed by time domain and frequency domain,then fusion fault characteristic vectors are constructed.Finally the time-frequency domain fusion feature vectors are sent to relevance vector machine-adaptive boosting(RVM-AdaBoost)model to complete the research of fault diagnosis of DC-Link electrolytic capacitors of threelevel NPC inverter.Contrastive experiments show that the proposed method that multi-feature fusion and RVM-Ada-Boost is effective,various evaluation indicators result show the model is suitable and effective,which can monitor the state of DC-Link capacitors accurately relatively.
