摘 要:在采用高频DC/DC隔离的单相统一电能质量调节器(UPQC)中,系统运行时串并联侧单相变换器与各自直流母线存在二倍频的功率交换,造成直流母线的电压波动而影响系统的补偿效果。此处通过对串并联侧功率关系的分析,提出了一种基于负载电流前馈的DC/DC控制方法,利用DC/DC将串联侧的二倍频功率传递至并联侧,可使串并联侧的二倍频功率部分或完全抵消,降低两级直流母线的电压波动,达到减小母线的电容值、提高功率密度的目的,同时还具有响应速度快、稳定性强的优点。利用软件仿真和系统实验,验证了该控制策略的可行性和有效性。In the single-phase unified power quality conditioner(UPQC) with high-frequency DC/DC isolation,the series single-phase converter and the parallel single-phase converter have double-frequency power exchange with their respective DC bus which will lead bus voltage fluctuation and harm the system’s compensation effect.By analyzing the relationship between series and parallel side,a DC/DC control method based on load current feedforward is proposed.DC/DC is used to transfer double-frequency power and active power at the same time which will partially or completely cancel the double-frequency fluctuation on both sides.This will decrease the voltage fluctuation,lessen the capacitance of the buses and improve the power density.The control strategy has advantages of fast response and strong stability.The feasibility and effectiveness of control strategy are verified by software simulation and system experiment.
