众创空间包容氛围对创客创造力的影响——创客适应感和创新效能感的链式中介作用

摘　　要：众创空间已成为创新创业孵化链上不可或缺的环节,成为培养创新创业人才、孕育新商业模式的关键抓手。本文基于组织氛围理论,提出了众创空间包容氛围概念,认为它具有包容创客差异性、平等对待创客和宽容的创客成长环境三方面特征;研究了众创空间包容氛围对创客创造力的影响,以及创客适应感和创新效能感所起到的中介和链式中介作用。通过创客调研问卷进行实证分析,研究结果显示:众创空间包容氛围能够显著提升入驻创客的创造力;创客适应感和创新效能感均起到部分中介作用;创客适应感与创新效能感起到链式中介作用。因此建议:营造包容氛围,激发创客创造力;强化协调发展理念,增强创客适应感;提升创客创新效能感,激发创客活力。Maker space has become an indispensable link in the incubation chain of innovation and entrepreneurship,and has become a key starting point for cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents and breeding new business models.Based on the theory of organizational atmosphere,this paper puts forward the concept of inclusive atmosphere of maker space,believing that it has three characteristics of inclusive differences of makers,equal treatment of makers and tolerant growth environment of makers;and studies the influence of the inclusive atmosphere of the maker space on the creativity of makers,as well as the intermediary and chain intermediary role of the adaptability and innovation efficiency of makers.Through the empirical analysis of the maker survey questionnaire,the research results show that the inclusive atmosphere of the maker space can significantly enhance the creativity of the settled makers;makers’sense of adaptability and innovation efficacy both play a partial mediating role;makers’sense of adaptability and innovation efficacy play a chain intermediary role.Therefore,it is suggested to create an inclusive atmosphere and stimulate the creativity of makers;strengthen the concept of coordinated development,enhance makers’sense of adaptability;promote the innovation efficiency of makers,and stimulate the vitality of makers.
