高校高层次海归人才流动性研究

摘　　要：高校作为我国科教兴国和人才战略逐步实施的桥头堡,对引进国外学术领域顶尖人才或鼓励青年学者出国进修等“国际化”人力资源建设工作日趋重视,现今高校已成为高层次海归人才回国就业分布比较集中的地方。妥善安置好高层次海归人才,做到人尽其才,使其长期稳定地留在国内工作,对高校人才队伍建设和国际化进程均有重要意义。本研究通过定量分析近十年来回国就职高校的高层次海归人才工作单位流动情况,总结出高校高层次海归人才流动原因,并提出加强高校高层次海归人才工作稳定性的建议。As a bridgehead for the development of our country through science and education and the gradual implementation of the talent strategy,Colleges and universities attach great importance to the international human resources construction,such as the direct introduction of top domestic and foreign academic talents or the encouragement of young scholars to go abroad for further study.Colleges and universities become the place where the distribution of overseas returnees is relatively concentrated.It is important to place high-level returnees properly and make the best use of their talents for their long-term stable work in China.This study summarizes the reasons for the flow of high-level returnees in universities through the flow of high-level returnees’work units who have returned for employment in quantitative analysis,and put forward suggestions to strengthen the stability of the work of high-level returnees.
