日企研发与生产基地跨国转移的趋势及关联性研究

摘　　要：近年来,不少日本企业宣布关闭在华工厂,转向在东盟国家投入生产。通过以日本企业为例,采用社会网络分析方法,构建日企在中国、东盟、日本三地的生产基地、研发基地流动网络模型,勾勒出2006—2019年间日企生产基地与研发基地在中国、东盟等地的流向动态。再计算网络密度、出入度中心性和QAP分析等网络指标,发现日企将生产基地从中国转移到东盟国家和日本是长期的趋势,越南将成为中国吸收日企生产基地转移的最大竞争对手。日企在转移生产基地的同时,研发基地也随之转移,且生产基地对于研发基地转移具有明显的拉动效应。为此,中国应在发挥自身市场、供应链等优势的同时,加强创新能力、知识产权保护以及研发制造协同环境构建,以提升对日企的吸引力。In recent years,many Japanese companies have announced to close their factories in China and turn to production in ASEAN countries.This paper uses the SNA to construct a model about the flow relationship of Japanese companies’ production and R&D bases in China,ASEAN,and Japan since 2006 to 2019.By calculating network density,node centrality and QAP,this paper finds that there will be a long-term trend for Japanese companies to transfer their production bases from China to ASEAN countries and to Japan.Vietnam will become the biggest competitor for China to absorb Japanese companies’ production bases.While Japanese companies transfer their production base,their R&D base also transfers,and the production base has an obvious pulling effect on the transfer of R&D bases.Therefore,this paper proposes that China should strengthen its innovation capabilities,intellectual property protection,and the construction of a collaborative environment for R&D and manufacturing while leveraging its own market and supply chain advantages to enhance its attractiveness to Japanese companies.
