摘 要:目的探索增强护理专业学生对护士职业认同感的思想教育方法,从而为我国医疗卫生事业输送更多护理人才。方法选取某卫生职业院校护理专业2018级128名4+2中高职贯通培养学生为研究对象,采用易术心理剧单次团体辅导模式对学生进行辅导教育;采用社会计量、量性研究和质性研究相结合的方法评价辅导效果。结果辅导前和辅导后学生的职业认同感总得分分别为(29.46±9.43)分和(17.75±6.45)分,辅导前后的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。质性研究显示:学生情绪得以抒发,认知得到调整,角色定位增强,未来更加明晰。跟踪调查学生就业率结果为99.2%。结论易术心理剧单次团体辅导模式是一种可以增进学生职业认同感的有效辅导手段,同时也是护生职业思想教育的一次创新尝试。Objective To explore the ideological education methods to improve nursing students’ professional identity, and to cultivate more nursing talents for medical and health service systems in China. Methods A total of 128 nursing students from one health vocational college in Grade 2018 were selected. They were receiving the through-type training mode of secondary specialized education and higher vocational education(4+2). The single group counseling mode of Yi Shu psychodrama was adopted to provide counseling education for these students. Sociometric, quantitative and qualitative methods were used to evaluate the effect of counseling. Results The total scores of students’ professional identity before and after counseling were(29.46±9.43) and(17.75±6.45) respectively, with significant difference(P<0.05). Qualitative research showed that students can express their emotions, adjust their cognition, enhance their role positioning and have a clearer plan for future. The follow-up investigation showed the employment rate of this student was 99.2%. Conclusions Single group counseling mode of Yi Shu psychodrama is an effective counseling method to enhance students’ professional identity, and it is also an innovative attempt of nursing students’ professional ideological education.
