摘 要:目的 了解短视频结合回馈教学法在提高慢性肾炎患者疾病知识知晓率的作用。方法 采用方便抽样方法,选择2020年1月至6月在本院肾内科住院的慢性肾炎患者204例设为对照组,应用传统的宣传单张实施健康教育;选择2020年7月至12月在本院肾内科住院的慢性肾炎患者209例设为试验组,应用短视频结合回馈教学法实施健康教育。比较干预前后两组患者肾病知识知晓率的差异。结果 干预前试验组患者肾病知识知晓率为(44.39±21.55)%,对照组(45.17±22.80)%,差异无统计学意义(t=1.309,P=0.191)。干预后试验组患者肾病知识知晓率为(92.56±11.95)%,对照组为(81.74±12.51)%,差异有统计学意义(t=5.996,P<0.001)。结论 短视频结合回馈教学法可提升慢性肾炎患者的肾病知识知晓率。短视频结合回馈教学法是行之有效的健康宣教方法,值得应用推广。Objective To study the effect of ultra-short video combined with feedback teaching method onawareness of nephropathy-related knowledgeforpatients with chronic nephritis.Methods A total of 204 chronic nephritis patients hospitalised in the department of nephrology betweenJanuary andJune 2020 were engaged in the healtheducation by leaflets.Another group of 209 patients hospitalised in the departmentbetweenJuly andDecember 2020 as the test group in the healtheducation using ultra-short video combined with the methodof feedback teaching.The two groups were compared in terms of the awareness of nephropathy-related knowledge before and after the interventions.Results Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups regarding therate of awareness of nephropathy-related knowledge [(45.17±22.80)% vs.(44.39±21.55)%,t=1.309,P=0.191].After the intervention,the difference in awareness rate was statistically significant at [(81.74±12.51)% for the control group vs.(92.56±11.95)% for the ultrashort video group,(t=5.996,P<0.001)].Conclusions Ultra-short video combined with feedback teaching method can improve the awareness of nephropathy-related knowledge in patients with chronic nephritis.As an effective method of health education,it could bepromotedand appliedin clinical practice and communityhealth services.
